Product Descriptions
We do our best to make sure the descriptions and pictures of our products are accurate. Sometimes they may be a little different from the photos you see on the page, if the manufacturer has made any small changes to the design.
Ordering
Orders can be placed directly through the website’s secure ordering system, or alternatively we are more than happy to take your order over the telephone. We are always pleased to hear from our customers, and we will always do our best to answer any questions you may have about items on the website. Our landline telephone number is 01902 687888.
Payments
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Solo as payment.
We are confident about the transaction security we offer and all payments are processed through World pay - Leaders in Internet Payment Solutions. WorldPay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
Your payment card will be debited as soon as the order has been processed.
If you prefer, you can send us a cheque by post, payable to Pickle and Boo. We'll despatch your order as soon as your cheque has cleared.
Delivery
Our UK delivery charge is £4.95.
All orders are tissue wrapped, ribboned and packaged free of charge in our gorgeous signature gift boxes, please see the gift wrapping page for full details.
We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery service to deliver our parcels within the UK, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Delivery is generally 1-3 days. If you require next day delivery we are more than happy to oblige, just give us a call on 01902 687888.
International orders are welcomed, but we ask that you contact us prior to placing your order to enable us to advise you of shipping costs.
Returns
Lots of thought and care has gone into the selection of products that we have chosen to stock, and we hope that you will be thrilled with your purchases from Pickle and Boo. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will happily provide you with a refund. We ask that you return your purchase, along with proof of purchase within 7 days in its original condition stating the reason for returning it. We will give you a full refund, less any incurred postage costs. We suggest that any returns are sent by recorded delivery, as you will be liable for its contents until it is received by us.
We check all of our items carefully before dispatch, but in the unlikely event that goods are faulty upon arrival, please return them to us with your original receipt within 28 days.

We endeavour to ensure that all of our products are available. On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil your order immediately, we will contact you to advise you of this and hopefully help you choose something else that's just right for you.
